Title: How to buy stuff from Trader?

Have had this faction enabled a few times and I've never been able to buy anything from it--has this mechanic been implemented?

I believe it was functional in the previous GUI, but its possible that it is no longer functional. If you have a save game with the Trader on one of your planets then that would make it easier to figure out what's going on.

It should still work fine, though I've not tested it.  Basically if it's in a system with you, then you can build things from it in the normal build menu.

After further playing, had the Trader bug out on me, stopped on my planet and I was unable to buy goodies;

Thanks for putting it on mantis!  I've got it logged into our todo list on trello, too, now.
