Well, then pause the video at the end, or just strip out the playlist tags from the address if you need to force-stop. Everything past /watch?v=[id]& is optional.

Not saying that it shouldn't have a toggle, but at least it has a decent workaround, unlike the front page's design team.

I used to bring up playlists on the second monitor and manually click through them whenever a song finished. I can't do that now and it annoys me.

Yeah, it's being rolled out in stages. I still have the old look when I get on my moms laptop. Go figure.

So, did youtube think everyone always looked at descriptions or something? Because otherwise the only response I have to the new design is that the front page team must have invaded.

My fix for the youtube start page is this one. Once I started using that script I have never looked back. It goes back to the old look when it was designed for a monitor and not for trying to fit on a mobile screen or whatever the hell they think they're doing with the current terrible UI. Tons of videos listed, easy access to tons more for each of your subs.

I just live in fear that one day one of the keyboard pounding monkeys pretending to be web designers at youtube will mess up their homepage so bad that the script stops working and the author doesn't fix it.

I've got it too....I'm a bit iffy on it right now. Got a lot of Google+ UI and while that's great and all, I don't like its all left-balanced instead of center balanced. It leaves a lot of white space to the right of the screen and that annoys me a lot. I wish Google would actually use it for something. Even ads would help.

All I care about is that the HerpDerp plugin still works.

Are we talking about the old me UI or is there yet a newer one again?

Well, they put the autoplay button back, but otherwise its the same as previously shown in thread, in all its space-wasting, left-centered infamy.

Ah. Well I have a script to change the page to something useful anyway so it doesn't really affect me.

My biggest complains are. (biggest complaints first)

1. No way (that I have found) to make the home screen be the "activity from subscriptions" or "subscription uploads only" screen
2. The default screen is sorted by "most likely to watch" instead of by upload/comment made/playlist created time, and no way to change it to that. (Thankfully, the subscriptions pages still sort by most recent thing first) EDIT: Oh, and the "most likely to watch" seems to include lots of suggestions I would never consider watching...
3. Left aligned with no option to change it
4. The "other videos by this person/in this playlist" thing is really small

However, once I am watching the videos or commenting on them, I don't really mind that part of the design at all.
