What's the deal with "Unending Galaxy"? (Update: all is well!)

You've not played AI War at all, really?

Yeah, definitely check that out.  It's got a zillion expansions for a reason   Really good ones, too.  I personally would say to just get those all with it, but that's just me.

well I have but like I said the demo I sorta liked it at the time but then my subconscious mind started arguing over weather I should or not in till I forgot about it but yea I'm going to no real reason not to since the usual thing were I try to play real time strategy game and then get incredibly stressed and stop don't really apply to that since it so kindly lets you pause.

I went to go post a comment on the page saying "the art assets are freely available" but there's no place to do so at the moment.

Fair enough. The spire ships really look out of place though, if I can switch from suspicious to art critic for a moment.

Well, I think that's just what happens when a developer has to download free art of any sort; it's hard to get them to "fit".  Just part of developing indie games sometimes, I guess.

That being said, I have to say, the game itself actually looks kinda interesting.  I might pick this up and see what happens.

The joke is, deja-vue aside (I take the blue pill), that through machinations long forgotten by me I am listed in the credits for that sprite pack (with my real name of all things), which makes these recurring topics twice as fun

So while we are already having yet another topic about this game, anyone tried it? It sounds like a unique space game.. but the only let's play is from earliest versions...

I didn't give it a serious play, but I got a Starsector vibe from it.
