suggestions for stealth games?

Can't think of any other games, but for performance on my laptop:
Thief, Invisible Inc. and Monaco all work fine.
Mark of the Ninja is a bit choppy, but still playable.
Gunpoint used to work fine, but it's taken to crashing whenever I load it up for some reason.

gunpoint works like a charm on my laptop invisible runs beautifully on my laptop so mark should as well stealth games that aren't just games with stealth elements in them do seem a bit rare.(and then of course things like assassins creed were the stealth's just a joke)

If you didn't try already, you could play Skyrim (or any Elder Scrolls game) and try a full stealth run (which is possible and as far as I heard very powerful if skilled right).
Never played that one though, I'm more of the magical user in skyrim.

I've put over a 100 hours into skyrim and yes I can be very overpowered although the ais tends to determine that seeing how it something completely unreliable in its aware ness sometimes you can crouch literally right in front of them in full light and then at other times there psychic but that's just enoughour of that games many problems hopefully fallout 4 works better than their other games.(leaving out wolfenstine which I've never played)

A good stealth game is the one called Dishonored. You get to sneak in through the one open window that is there, snuff out your single target and slide back out again without anyone knowing that you were present there in the first place. Alien Isolation is another interesting one and fun to play. This one is pretty addictive though. The central enemy in the game moves of its own free will, while you as a player need to move slowly and quietly to be able to hide when there's something horrible and scary in the room with you. And when you stealthily manage to make it to the next safe point, you literally heave a huge sigh of relief.

1 I have played dishonered (long ago) and I loved that game from the art style to the majority of the characters(I loved how most of the people you interacted in that game were terribly flawed in their own way) and the lore and also how the non lethal methods of dealing with targets were barely humane at all(in fact that whole game is morally gray for the most part) that games just fantastic even though your super powers aren't all that well balanced.

Agreed. A major part of the fun was due to the precise reason that a majority of the people in the game were flawed!

I just hope they balance the powers better in the next game blink was horribly over powered(although very fun to use) a stand out character I forgot to mention was the outside who ever was in charge of writing his dialogue did a fantastic job.

Styx is not for a low power laptop, but a stealth game I enjoyed. It is also quite different from Invisible Inc or Mark of the Ninja (which also differ from each other quite a lot) in that the former feels quite oldschool RPG which I liked. The graphics is obviously modern but it is not 2d sidescroller (unlike mark if the ninja) and not figurine-like character and a box-like environment (unlike Invisible Inc).

I just took a look at the game and it looks like just the type of game that my laptop would have a hissy fit if I tried to make it run that at the appropriate graphic settings If it had a demo id know for sure but for now ill have to give a pass and just keep playing invisible which I'm loving to bits at the moment still thanks for giving me the heads up about that game.

I remember Hitman being a good game. Absolution might not run on your computer but the older ones should.
It's basically killing a specific target and being as silent as possible. You might shoot your way through but the game is very punishing if you are too loud.

yes I've heard of them and did play absolution way back when on my xbox didn't exactly like it that much at the time but from what I've seen of the older games they've got the set up I prefer I just wish they had a demo so I could see for sure if they'll run properly still though I probably will have a go at them sometime.

Hitman Blood Money is usually the top suggestion of the bunch, if you get to them.
