The game you were talking about is unnamed at the moment, and isn't something that is on the roster for a while. We've got more than a dozen game concepts/designs bouncing around that are at different stages of maturity, and right now it's kind of up in the air which ones get done first, or at all. It's a matter of what seems most promising at the time, both in terms of what the market will be interested in, what we're interested in, and what seems like the best game design given the current maturity levels of the ideas in hand.
Cretaceous was one that we started on, and got about 15% of the way through the art and a goodly way through a lot of the design mockups. However, it wound up falling through because we ran into some intractable (for now) problems with the design. We may or may not return to it in the future, depending on if we figure out those problems.
Starport 28 was chosen from a shortlist of 5 game concepts that were most promising, which incidentally did include the unnamed game you were thinking about. Starport was the clear outlier in being both the one we were most excited about, that had the most mature design readiness, and which seemed to have the most market potential. I'm really excited about it, same as with Bionic.
