The whole point is that between when the notice was added and when it was removed, it was true.  By removing it, it's a legal loophole around a gag order.  This would be the first warrant that's been issued since Jan 29, 2015.

I know. That's...pretty impressive considering a lot of threats and grooming happen on the internet on a daily basis. I'd expect a site like Reddit to get hundreds of requests A DAY.
