In here I have cable 120/10 link (Poland in large city). And I'm still buying games in stores due to silly regional distribution prices.
XCOM goes for 50 euro on Steam and boxed version from local retailer costs about 29 euro. I would need to take a look at this Green Man Gaming since I prefer USD prices (silly thing that price is same in euro and USD quite often.. while USD is quite a bit cheaper here).
