XChat Malfunct

Does anyone know why this keeps happening to my XChat?  I've tried reinstalling it, and it worked on the first startup; it used to work just fine.

Can't bring up the window, but it shows through ALT-TAB and Windows Slide; program itself seems to be functioning in the background as I can sometimes see the text.
