Been a while since I posted an actual review and this is my shortened review of Miasmata:

The first game in a long time to completely break my immersion of it. Yeah...enjoy!

New stuffs!

My Greenlight Musings series continues with the 5th group of games approved to show up on Steam. Feels a bit heavy on the RPG side though...
http://kingisaaclinksr.wordpress.com/2013/02/26/kings-greenlight-musing-of-the-fifth-batch-of-games-approved/

Gareth and I continue our Portal 2 series and having lots of fun with it. We also find out that walking through Portals is dangerous...

Finally, I learned that all rewards aren't necessary worth the trouble of getting them...

School continues to remain busy but I've been doing this stuff on the side to keep myself sane. Some of this is long overdue for publishing.

Enjoy!

At long last, I finally post my first videogame review of 2013. Its an interesting sidescrolling game with a mix of strategy and platforming genres: A Valley Without Wind 2...

I've also been busy overhauling and updating my website for the past couple of weeks. It now has a new design and look with a new home page. Check it out: http://kingisaaclinksr.wordpress.com/

I just tried "Breath of Death" yesterday, when I realized that it allows saving anywhere despite the roguelike look I was beyond happy. Also combat is quite streamlined yet interesting. I'll be playing more of that!

It's not really a roguelike, more of an old school RPG. Cthulhu Saves the World is about a 10x better game. I played it first, and afterwards wasn't able to play Breath of Death past a few levels, as much of the gameplay is so similar. I would almost recommend skipping Breath of Death and going straight to Cthulhu as well if you'll only play one of them.

I can't really comment on the differences between Cthulhu and Breath yet as I'm still at the beginning. But there are some nice updates in Cthulhu so far.

Speaking of vids, I've published a few since last I posted about them:

Latest Portal 2 episode has Gareth and I falling into a bunch of pits. Dunno why that happened this episode, but it did. Its also the first episode where I do not have mic issues.

I also do more exploring in the Heroes dungeon for Cthulhu Saves The World here:

Alas, it was nice knowing you.  Watch out for... well, anything that moves.  Actually, also anything that doesn't move. ;)

Really?  Surely I've been less helpful than that!
