Linux: Possible solution to the screen resolution stretching.
« on: September 25, 2013, 02:02:56 pm »
Hey folks, so looks like Unity is not listening to screen-resolution-setting commands on Linux, for whatever reason.  Apparently that is still "to be implemented" best I can tell, and so changing the screen resolution in-game will just stretch the default 1024x768 to whatever resolution.  Yuck!  I will have to put in linux-specific code to prevent players from being able to change the resolution in that way, plus instructions for (what hopefully works) as a way to actually solve it.

Please let me know if that does resolve your issues!  Thanks. :)

Yeah spaces and unnecessary capitalization should never be used on *NIX. While Windows reads anything, *NIX is far more specific. ;)
