Virusing

How does virusing work? The game explanation states that the weapon and movement functions stop working after two turns but this does not seem to be the case. Is this a description error or is something else meant with it?

I'm betting that's just a bit of text leftover from an earlier development version.

It's pretty simple as it is:  You hit virus, spend exactly the amount of points in the bot's description, and then right after that, it starts up with it's AI being the same but it's targets being reversed.  Really nothing else to it.

All you have to keep in mind is WHAT you're using the viruses on.   There are some types of bots you really, really dont want to use it on.  And a couple that are worth going to alot of trouble to get.

Okay, so just changing the faction of the enemy. Okay, I wondered why my doombot run around, killing stuff here and there, screaming robots flying around and never stopped working.

I have a pretty good image of what robot might be a bigger risk instead of an ally.
But it might be fun to turn a bombbot, seeing it running right into enemies before I give it a shot.

Thank you for your answer.
