Bot Question

I've seen the BlasterBot a lot, and despite knowing that is a very long ranged, single-shot attacker, I don't actually know what its passive does.  It says don't stand behind it when it moves, but I don't see anything detrimental happening to bots that do so.

I think there is fire coming out of its backside everytime it moves :D. Never noticed it damaging something, though...

That's just it--it couldn't damage anything where the tile shows, as that's where the BlasterBot was.  Which is why I'm wondering if it actually has some sort of passive effect...
