Deleting the steam_api.dll has no effect on the crash.

Okay.  That's super odd, anyhow.  I'm not really sure what to say, since nobody else is seeing it and I can't duplicate it.  I'm rather out of ideas.  :-\

OK, that's starting to hurt...

Edit:  Yeah, that's rough.  I'm glad I found it, but I'm going to have to roll a game without ThunderBots...the whole "my Exo died for no reason" is killing my ability to check for other bugs.  Literally.

Did you always have to shift+rightclick to destroy cover? Because you do in this version, and I can't remember if it was always that way or not.

Nope.  Mantised.  There also appears to be a problem displaying AoE without using Shift+Click.  I don't think either of those changes are intentional.

I'll need to test more (by which I mean play ;) ) but I just did a full mission and then walked around some after clearing and didn't have any of the issues in the previous version. So I want to tentatively say the issue there is fixed!

I'll wait until more playtime before commenting over on mantis though.

Maybe it's just me then.  I can play the game, but I am getting all kinds of weird going on...maybe the bots were not upgraded to 64-bit processing  ???

Just finished the first mission of a new game on (Arch)Linux.  I'm really liking all the polish going into the game!  No bugs have been found so far, other than the already mentioned hold-shift-to-target thing.

Great job, fellas!

EDIT:  Just finished a Hostage Mission.  Everything seemed to work great, but how do you know when you've killed all the bots other than just stepping on the exit periodically?  Is there a counter somewhere I missed?

Bug #12583 might qualify.  In a nutshell, thunderbots are able to generate 2000-damage explosions centered on the player.

Ooh, I've got a really nasty one for you this time.  It's like someone set off some sort of glitch nuke.

Here:  http://www.arcengames.com/mantisbt/view.php?id=12593

The AI for everything has gone absolutely berserk.  Utter chaos ensues.   Definitely unplayable in this state.  Even my sentries have gone nuts, firing at each other randomly.

You werent kidding when you said it might get a little weird with this update  :P

Left side bar, near the bottom is an icon for the mission type. The hostage one has a counter.

Thanks folks -- oof, goodness.  I knew that this might be a bad run of glitches, sorry about the inconvenience.  Once these settle down, the performance really is much better though!
