Restart your steam client to force it to update quickly if you want it right now.

Main points:

- System damage has gotten quite a lot of simplification and shoudl be clearer

- Some other stats are now clearer or condensed into fewer stats, and or have had nontrivial balance adjustments.

- The part picker GUI has gotten yet more refinement and should be clearer.

- Lots of textual/clarity updates.

- Fixed that thing with the left side of the screen in the city map, among many other bugs.
