Some of the rooms marked as a miniboss room, is missing exactly that, the miniboss, ill go ahead and include the file, and see if you get the same result, I'm right before a few miniboss rooms. sorry to give you more work.

I've seen this as well in one cavern under the ice age area. It announces that there's a boss in the room, and the room is marked as a boss room, but there's no boss.
