Only tier 2 orbs dropping - higher tier orbs should be rewarded from missions bu

Before I updated to 1.006, tier 3 and 4 orbs were dropping normally. After I updated from to 1.006, all world missions only reward tier 2 orbs (and I am 100% sure that no one is using the head enchant that only rewards tier 2 orbs). This problem persists even when the continent tier is changed from 3->4->5-> new continent.

If you zip up the world folder and attach it the devs will be able to look at the problem directly.
