Pre-ordered how do I register my copy with steam?

I had preordered AVWW back before it came out on Steam.  I was wondering how I can obtain my copy via Steam.   Thank you.

I'm sorry. Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. We are waiting on Steam to make this option possible. Hopefully it will happen soon.
