[MAP] Boss room: While Stocks Last (v0.7)

With this one I'm trying to go for something which will give a unique experience with all the different boss types, and allows for a bit of level interactivity.

As always, pop it in the AVWW\RuntimeData\Logic\RoomMaps\GeneralBossRoom folder.

Whoa!  Yeah, you could fight 10 different battles in there and not even realize they were the same room, I expect. :)
