Discord Server

Someone on the Kickstarter mentioned Discord, so I looked into it, and found some very valuable things out. One, its free, two, its fun to play with, three -- wait, an Arcen Discord Server has magically appeared!

In seriousness though, I created a Discord server for anyone to hop in and join. You can access it at https://discord.gg/5g9ETKn. I'm not sure if we'll keep it or not, but it is here for the time being. I'll be sure to keep everyone in the loop as to whether or not we plan on keeping it or not however. We are definitely keeping the Discord!

Internet relay chat. One of the oldest forms of web communications. It's pretty bare bones as far as functionality, but that also means it's pretty easy to use once you get past the client barrier.

Damn you mIRC, literal years you stymied me. Giving up and going mibbit, and later downloading pidgin counts among the smartest things I ever did.

I AM SHOUTING LOUD SO YOU CAN HEAR ME!

Sorry. I have recently fallen in love with discord. It really allows fast movement in terms of exchanging ideas. I hope to revitalize it so people can use it for quick questions. The forums are great for deep discussion but for quick thoughts I just love the interface it uses. I really, really hope the devs and play testers make an effort to go there so we can all meet up and exchange ideas...I am ready to make magic happen~!
