Attention New Players and Returning Veterans!
« on: October 22, 2019, 06:25:54 pm »
Due to the 1.0 launch, and lots of questions, I have created a wiki page to help anybody who has questions about gameplay which can be found right here https://wiki.arcengames.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started

Unfortunately, I have not completed it yet, so if you have any questions, join the Arcen Games Discord and look for me (@DEMOCRACY? DEMOCRACY!#3514), and as long as it's not a coding or super obscure question, I can (hopefully) help out! You can also address your questions here and I will try my best to answer them in time.

Something I didn’t see anywhere and was curious about. In AI War 1 I recall you could alert their planets by for instance colonizing next to them which would cause them to reinforce those planets more heavily. Does that still exist? I did not see anything about it in my playtime so far.

Yes, AI planets still do go on alert if your forces are on them/you have a planet colonized next to one. Unfortunately there's no immediately obvious indicator that a planet is on alert, like classic's red outline for AI planets on alert or white outline for AI planets that are not alerted.
