Okay, I got it worked out.
It turns out it was indeed the newest nVidia driver, 381.65. It's their newest WHQL certified one, and it broke basically every 3D program on my machine. Soundminer, unity, every Arcen title, Steam, you name it. Probably photoshop, though I didn't try that one. Chrome was fine.
I tried reinstalling that driver with a clean install, and it still was busted on everything. That then removed my ability to do a driver rollback, naturally.
So I went on and looked and found the 378.92 version, which is most likely what I was previously on. I did a clean install of THAT, and now all the things work properly again.
The new build is currently uploading on Steam now.
