5 pixels tall is exactly how large it is in the game, admittedly as part of a much smaller icon.  Mk II is actually supposed to be a greenish color, but it blended with the golem too much, so I grabed the purple from Mk V.

I tried it at double-size at first, but it looked really out of place.

Seriously? All of you missed it? My brain is trained to spot mark levels! (That's why I underestimate people when I first see them: if mark isn't displayed, they're only MkI.)
