7) Plans for a make-it-yourself flagship in origami.
I'm certainly open to that if there is some guide somewhere about how to design origami!

Kind of casting the line here, because I have strictly no clue of how to design origami, and little ability to fold them properly. So... I'll ask. Does anyone has a clue of how to do that ? And possibly the motivation to teach / help / do ?

I think you'd be better served looking for papercraft tutorials. Origami specifically would be way complicated, while papercraft relies more on the work you put into the paper before you cut it and fold it.

Is the flagship the dragon-y ship with the spinny bits, or the blue ship with green lights and orange engines from the first graphic demo video, or the one from AI War 1 that looks vaguely like this?

I think the command station is the dragon-ship.

What you have there looks like an AIWC flagship. The dragon-ship is the human Mothership.
