Example SpecialFaction Mod

This example mod is an example into creating a custom faction for AIW2. This is a basic special faction that was never designed to be fair. the faction is a number of hunter/killers seeded into the game. after that it goes into random systems. it is heavily commented in an effort to help others with modding. There is an uncommented version as well for those who do not care about that. (the comments are recommended but not essential).

C# code is 105 lines commented and 93 lines uncommented

I hope this helps anyone interested in modding in special factions.

thanks! I hope it helps other people as modding this game is enjoyable though required a lot of frustration initially. It gets way better though and I thought an example faction would help a bit.

a minor update to the minor factions removing old code and replacing it (sorry if this hindered anyone's ability to learn the code)
