Title: Using "B" and build menu

At the moment, hitting the B button will bring up the next available Builder unit (planetary controller, ark, flagship, etc). And most of the time I play with the Build Menu suppressed so I can clearly see what's going on. I propose that hitting "B" should automatically open the Build Menu if it's not open. Do people have opinions on this?
