Windowed mode snaps cursor to window when out of focus

If AI War is out of focus but not minimized, it continues snapping the cursor to the window boundary. I'm unsure if this can be countered, but if so, it might be a good thing to fix.

This is not a bug, and it's not something I can fix -- that's windows for you.  If you want to work around this, you have to turn off cursor snapping.

Okay. Another thing: I still have cursor snapping on, but it's no longer snapping it to the window. I don't know what I did to cause this one. I'll fiddle around in a few minutes to see if I can reproduce it.

It's a windows thing, either way.  Cursor snapping in windowed mode is not overly well supported.  Generally if you give it focus back, it will snap the cursor again.  If you alt-tab out or hit windows key to get out, generally it will leave your cursor alone for the most part (but sometimes it will grab it again).  All I do is set on property of something like SnapCursor = true, and windows handles the rest.  That's about the extent of the control I have over it.

You know, I have nothing against Linux -- I really do like it -- but I think that pretty much all OSes have some sort of baggage.  With Linux it's things like sound, amongst others.  I love that Linux is getting more popular and I hope it continues to make inroads against Windows and make a better competitive environment, but I don't feel like there is any magic silver bullet in any software, ever.  Every program and OS has issues of some variety, no matter how much I love specific ones. :)

I absolutely agree with you, Chris.  I don't use Linux because I think it's an amazing OS; I use it because I think it's the OS that sucks least.  Quite a difference.  I have yet to use an OS that I thought was brilliant.

Oh, and yeah, sound in Linux is beyond a joke.
