When units need to accelerate seems wierd

If you are moving, and tell a unit to move somewhere else, it doesn't have to stop and re-accelerate, but if you are moving and tell a unit to attack something, it does.

I'm not sure which one it should do, but I agree it should be consistent. Good catch.

Its pretty distracting when they stop- it looks like recalculation lag
