When are the Hunter/Killers supposed to come?

I've had AI progress over 600 and still haven't seen one.

Yes, the price was recently pushed up so that they pretty much can only spawn during Fallen Spire Exos.

I think I seen them in Golem and Spire Exo waves, it just takes a long time and they certainly come a lot sooner in Fallen Spire Exo waves. I think you can start to get them by the first city shard if you pile on enough multipliers ( 10/10 multi-homeworld and those sort of things )

Depends on how long ago you saw that.  The price modification was fairly recent.

Multi-HW golems/spirecraft exos could certainly get high enough, particulaly since they have that random chance to dump all their points into a single big ship and then spend the rest on pickets/escorts rather than the more distributed normal case.
