What to do with structures that are no longer needed?
« on: March 03, 2015, 12:32:34 pm »
On my homeworld, naturally, when starting out, I need an all-up defensive network, including turrets covering each and every wormhole.  I'm already planning to take most (if not all) of the planets on the other side of those wormholes, simply because I like having all the planets immediately adjacent to my HW under my control.  So obviously, in the near future, all those turrets I built on my HW will no longer be needed, and the energy those turrets chug down could more profitably be used on defenses for worlds that need them.
Just one problem:  I can't find a place where turrets can be decommissioned or reclaimed.  How does this work?  I know how to "stand down" a ship or group of ships so they're shut down; do I just shut off the turrets in a similar way?

Scrap them by selecting them and pressing Backspace-->Enter.
set /A diff=10
if %diff%==max (
   set /A me=:)
) else (
   set /A me=SadPanda
)

And thus I remember why I have a hard time getting into this game...For all that I'm a huge lover of keyboard shortcuts, this game has more of them than I can hope to recall! :P :-[  Is there a quick-reference somewhere for the "most important" key combos?
