Quite a start on Steam, eh? Sorry about all this.
It could be worse, I think. We're still at #9 on their top selling list despite all the challenges, but I think that today's sales did take a blow from the broken demo in particular.
I guess that publishing a game is a lot harder than I thought.
Yeah, it's really a lot of work with any vendor. Wednesday was... long, to say the least. My accumulated sleep debt did not help. Thursday then had a lot of work from me for the first half of the day, after which I collapsed from sickness and missed a bunch of stuff going wrong (the demo, the trailer, the leaderboards not being perfect). Today I am mostly better and I think most of this is mostly sorted. (That's a lot of "most," but it will have to do for now). Sigh.
