How to set rallied ships to low power mode? (Younglings)

I just captured a Youngling Commando V Fabricator, however, when i build out of the fabricator, the Younglings start deteriorating.  When they are put in low power mode, they do not attack, but they can still move and stop deteriorating their health. 

Is there a way to set the Fabricator's rally point to auto set these guys to low power?

Sadly, no.  It's not possible.  I think there were some mantis posts about it, but I'm not sure whether or not it will be implemented.

there's a building you can build that they will use - 'Neinzul regeneration pod' or somesuch.  I'm in my first game with Children, and I saw the AI had that building, yet it wasn't capturable.  This made me scour the unlock and build options, it's buildable at the start.
The building acts a bit like a rally point - ships will keep their old stance but will hang around the pod, bouncing up and down in health (at 30% they try to go in)
The other option is Mark II transports, which heal them.

Also you can build a Fabricator Warp Gate to make them spawn where they'll be most useful - right on the front lines to get stuck into battle immediately; or somewhere you need a minuteman defense.
