If you choose Assassin/Bully, which player gets targeted? Does it randomly choose, or will one half of the brain dominate the other?

The assassin and bully "who to pick on flags" are actually recessive traits (like the Turtle's "no waves"), so if mixed with another type that lacks the trait, it disappears.

Would Wave & Reinforce Multipliers still be 1.25 and 0.90? Turtle/Mad Bomber would have 2.00 and 1.00 right?

Yea, the wave multiplier is set to the higher of the two types (but not added, so MadBomber+Assassin would just have the MB's wave multiplier, not higher than that.

Same deal with the reinforcement multiplier.  So adding a type with normal (or even close-to-normal) reinforcements to a MadBomber is really shoring up one of the MB's major disadvantages.
