Our pleasure!  Glad the focus fire node is a hit. :)

For the question on ship targeting preferences, an individual ship can have only one.  BUT, if you do something like the L key subdivision (the L hotkey, I mean), or use control groups, or just visibly select half and half of your ships, then you could give half of each group different preferred targets to accomplish what you want.  If you pair that with attack-move for a short-range battle, then you'll be in even better shape!

Glad to hear you like the focus fire stuff, I really like it too.  Basically last July or so I convinced Chris to change the auto-targeting logic to focus fire, but sometime between then and when I came on board he drifted from the path (I think more players prefer it his way, honestly), so I added the control node for people like you and me :)
