Does the Mark IV Scout need a buff?

I don't know but I have the feeling it should. It's cloaking boost is the same as a mark I and it's speed is even lower than a mark 1 scout drone. Also the cap is ONE lousy ship. For what reason? Tachyons? I think for one single ship and such a small range it is not worth to build the ship.

*cough* Its tachyon immune as well *cough* you can scout entire galaxy with it incl. AI HW.

Oh my god, how could I've miss this? Okay, I take everything back, this gives the Mark IV Scout a good purpose to exist.
