Minipods - T1 Caps at 770% Cluster Bonus

T1 autocannon pods never reach their max cluster bonus at 0.02x--they cap at 770%.
...and T2 autocannon pods reach it, and so I assume their cluster bonus is 0.025x.


Perhaps compound this cluster bonus for all the tiers, instead of separating it?

It's intended to be separate, otherwise they can just be far too powerful.  The cap is for when you have multi-planet starts, and thus higher ship caps, to prevent them from becoming incredibly godlike in vast numbers. :)

I know it's minor, but perhaps ensure that the cap for T1 minipods can be reachable (8.00)?

Though, I have to say I always use all my minipods together--I don't really split them up--but with having a unified cap, they would still reach a maximum of 8.00.
