1 or 2 tractor turrets per border WH with some missile turrets in the center of every planet and 5 snipers near each CC.
The solitary warp defense planet has EVERYTHING ELSE.
Turrets own for warp waves, just only unlock missile turrets (not mlrs), lightning turret mk 2, grav turret mk 1 (at least, to hold carriers down so you can explode them in tractor turret range to pop the ships into the tractor turrets) and regular turrets. Maybe a tractor upgrade if you need it on higher difficulties. Or beam cannons if you need some extra AE punch.
You HAVE to have only one warp defense planet though or else don't use turrets. If you have more than one, some of your turrets will ALWAYS be going useless every time, and overwhelming focused firepower wins AIW.
