I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but the mk1 military station is teleporting the units it hits.  It actually looks quite interesting, but it doesn't say that is what it does.  Seemed like a good idea to ask.

Those are probably due for a description update, otherwise people will remain confused. I was about to post a bug report the first time I saw it happening. Now I love this change, by the way. It's steered me away from having to use forcefields to protect important wormholes. Now I just plonk a mil-comm station down next to it and it's pretty well protected.

Yea, they are a cool change, and I do like them.  Just wanted to make sure that was their intended function.
