Steam keys for Ancient Shadows or Vengeance of the Machine.

(1/1)

x4000:
There were previously two topics about this, but I figured I could kill two birds with one stone, here. ;)

As of August 2014, all of our games give both DRM-free versions and Steam keys.  However, prior to that, our games gave a variety of things.  Regarding older AI War purchases:

1. Older copies of AI War and the first three expansions gave you CD keys, and those were all register-able on Steam.

2. Older copies of Ancient Shadows gave you a CD key, but it can't be registered on Steam.  If you want a Steam key for that, just send us an email at arcengames at gmail dot com with some form of proof of purchase (if you bought direct from us, just telling us what email you used is fine).

3. Older copies of Vengeance of the Machine came completely DRM-free, but did not have a Steam or CD key at all.  There again, if you want a Steam key for that, just send us an email at arcengames at gmail dot com with some form of proof of purchase (if you bought direct from us, just telling us what email you used is fine).

Thanks!

About how long is the turnaround time to be on Steam-key requests?  I sent a few emails last month with no response yet. :(

x4000:
It is almost always same-day, usually within a couple of hours.  Apologies that we missed your request!  Goodness, you are a patient person.  Did you email arcengames at gmail dot com?  Shoot us another one, and I'll get you set up as soon as I see it.

That makes two of us. (Mine was just about Ancient Shadows. Already have Vengeance of the Machine on Steam)

I definitely have not seen any other emails in the spam filter or anything.  His was indeed in spam -- we worked it out today, after he PMed me that he had just sent a repeat email.

Feel free to PM me your thing and I'll get you your key first thing in the morning (I'm heading to bed now).

Sorry for the delay there! :(  If anyone else is similarly affected, always feel free to PM me.
