how often should i post about, text tool tips, glitches, bugs, exploits and what urgency should i set it and when like bugs/glitches/exploits in beta and text in release? and what else have i missed
AI War - even the smallest units can make all the difference no matter how weak they are still quite capable of taking the hits. if it can Kill and receive damage then it worth its time other wise if it cant kill and cant take the damage for the higher surviving ships then it is worthless.

You can post at any frequency you like. One thing to consider is that if you tend to post with a high frequency, there is a greater chance that you will posting something that has already come up. A courtesy search to see if the issue has already been reported would be much appreciated by the devs, but if nothing comes up then post away (no issue is too minor, if they are too busy to fix it it will just be shelved for the moment, but the important thing is that it was indexed).

I typically use normal priority. The exception would be a crash that happen on a pretty common event (like game start, or adding ships to a cue). Otherwise they already try to get through everything, so I don't try to push "my" report as more important by giving myself some grand priority.

Yeah, I've pretty much settled on normal for anything that affects gameplay, low for UI problems (unless they affect gameplay), and severe or above for anything that breaks the game (crashes, major features not working - waves, for example, etc). Might be something to add to the wiki though. I also try to search before I post if I have time, but I don't always see it. And sometimes you run into "bugs" that are features - I took a look at forcefields a few days ago, reported your starting FF didn't count against the tier I limit, then found out it was a custom FF with identical stats not intended to count against your limit. Whoops :(
