Warp jammers don't stop neinzul rocketry corps?

Been playing a multiplayer game with a friend and we have the rocketry corps faction on. The tooltip says they only generate warheads when their planet is on alert, yet we have 2 warp jammer planets with adjacent rocketry corps silos that continue to generate warheads every 15 minutes despite their planets not being alerted? If this is actually working as intended, a tooltip update would be good.

This is on 7.009 beta btw

The Warheads can fly long distance.. they can come from other side of the galaxy or whatever. Wanna post the save file?

Nope the warheads are definitely coming from those 2, there are no other silos adjacent to or on taken planets.

I'll post the save when I get home

Save attached. The silos in question are on the planets Swouzuh (NE part of the map) and Xiji (adjacent to our southernmost planet). You can mouse over both of them and see that they are building, and if you run the game for a minute a warhead will spawn at swouzuh

Ok I did some detective work. I was pretty sure it wasn't a bug. It's the Enclaves that put the Rocketry Corps on alert.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. These neinzul factions have certainly turned out to be the most annoying ones of the bunch...
