Is the Core Starship available to humans?

I can't remember. The F1 ingame-pages say it's only MkV (no MkI-IV, like the warbird and beam), but I can't remember if there is a capturable core fabricator for it or not. If yes, so it's an experimental starship (just like the warbird and beam); else it's a... non-guardian-AI-reserved-starship-like (just like the Hunter/Killer).

Anyone, help! Please!

I'm... honestly not sure. I remember being able to capture the mk V version from a fab but I think that's about it. I haven't seen it yet in my current game so I'm not sure.
If everything is still like I remember it, there should be a core fab for it.
