Where is controls.txt?

In some wiki pages, such as http://www.arcengames.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=AI_War_-_Keyboard_Controls, reference is made to a controls.txt file in the game installation folder. But I can find no such file. Does it exist elsewhere under a different name?

I think you have to run the game, then go to controls, and click "save to disc" for it to show up.

Interesting. So they incorporated it into the .exe or something.

Thanks for your help! I forgot about the export function in-game.
