Feature Suggestion on Mantis

Just wanted to call attention to my feature suggestion recently added to Mantis.  Hopefully I'm not mistaken most will welcome this feature.

I posted an issue that's similar, but without the power increase from gaining stats. If anything I'd prefer to see some kind of meter just fill and say "Hey man, you've played AI War so much that you are like an actual Commander, rather than just a Rookie"
