Capturing ARS with 8 techs already doesn't work

Seems that there's a limit to the number of special ships you have, if you capture an ARS and you already have 8, it doesn't give you any extra? Or at the very least it seemed to give me ships that I already had.

(Granted, somewhat expected, but still... :) )

Yep, 8 ships is the cap.  This was never something that really came up before you could start with so many extra ship types by having a multi-planet start.  This is the expected behavior.
