Yay ! 1st victory !

I've spent 60% of the game with the siege of the first AI homeworld and 20 minutes with the last one with a massive launch. My other planets were invaded in the process but I won 8)

Welcome to the 1%!
Ok, the 10%.

"First win" is a rather uncommon acquisition.

I have hard time believing it's really that uncommon. How can so many people not win a single game..

Going by the stats:
35% of people have played the game.
27% have played for an hour.
12% have played to a conclusion ("first loss").
5.6% have tried champions.
4.5% have have finished a game in co-op
4% have won a game.
1.6% have had a game last longer than 24 hours.
0.7% have completed The Bug (victory on 10/10)
And all the way at the bottom
0.4% have won against the "Exotic" AI type on difficulty 7+

I also find it hard to believe that only 35% of people have played AI War. If they don't play it why do they have the game in the first place.

Don't forget that a lot of people use SAM. The numbers on the lowest % achievements are usually heavily distorted by that.

Lots of people buy games like AI War when they are super cheap, forget they have it, and just haven't got around to it yet.  :-[

Also, I've never won a game. Though I've come very close. I never really re-load after a loss, preferring instead to try again from scratch. I'll get there some day!

Might have something to do with the fact that 36% of all owned games on steam have never been installed.1

What th heck is SAM?
It's a program for cheating achievements on Steam. I dunno why, but some people just GOTTA have them 'cheevos.

Some of us simply play without steam on standalone installs :D (and do have second copy on steam.. I wonder if we could update achievements in some way)

I think SAM's popularity really took off when people discovered it could be used to grind for Cards, though.

?

Aren't cards based on time played?
