I did a double take while posting because I thought it had been the 6.012 thread too.

Ah well, trains always derail around here.  Occasionally, they actually land on another track.

It's equal to either the weapon value or the damage, not sure (but in almost all cases, that's the same).

They increase my shield-bearer tankage (for lack of a better word) by a factor of 1.5. Or let me have shield bearers when otherwise I would have had to do without.

Of course, the fab won't spawn that often...
