This question regards the Thanksgiving Discounts.

My response from the other side:

"When The Zenith Remnant is released on Steam (by mid-January or so), there will be various discounts -- and likely at other points after, also.  I don't have specific details at the moment, but Valve and us are definitely planning discounts surrounding the release of the expansion on Steam, and in general that's something we like to do every so often with our partners.  So stay tuned, and thanks for your interest!"

Yes, as is the case with the current license keys, you'll be able to use your expansion license key to unlock versions of the expansion from other sources too, including Steam.
