Exile hacking costs not shown

I went and did two Exile hacks since there wasn't any cost described in the tooltip for it, and now that I've looked at my HaP, its mysteriously down to -15 from 10. i did find the cost in the counterhacking logs afterwards though.

Oh, whoops.  I keep forgetting the tooltips don't always include that, thanks for pointing it out.

Anyway, yea, those are cheap hacks to start with.

Theres not cost in the beacon tooltip either, though I don't have anywhere to use that yet :)
