Delete button never shows as enabled in the save menu

If you go to save a game you'll notice that the delete button never shows as enabled even when you can use it.

The slightly gray text is not to mark it as disabled, but simply rather to make it a bit lower in visual priority, since it's not used often.  The button is always enabled.
