Heh, I downloaded F and G comes out 2 hours later.

I have some weird energy bug in F. I was running out of energy, so I started a Reactor III, it got to about 30% complete and then I did run out of energy. The Reactor III stopped building. I even went and blew up one of my space docks to end up with ~10k energy, but the reactor never started building again.

Are you sure that this was not due to the new flow-based economy?

Structures take resources as they're being built now instead of all at the beginning. If you run out of resources or (for structures that don't produce energy) run negative on energy, the structure halts construction and starts flashing. That could explain your problem with the Mk III reactor. If it couldn't have been that, please let us know, but my testing seems to indicate things were working fine in F (though perhaps you triggered an obscure bug).

Note to others:  this was caused with the Pause All functionality changes, which will be adjusted again shortly in H.
